--json prints machine-readable output; --server or AURELIA_SERVER sets the server. Exit codes: 0 ok, 2 bad input, 3 not signed in, 4 not allowed, 5 server problem.

Credentials are stored in ~/.config/aurelia/credentials.json (mode 0600) and refreshed automatically.
